Bar Stools: Review…

If you’ve ever had to shop for bar stools than you know that it’s not easy. Recently we were remodeling our house. We did a basic redo of the whole house. But the most drastic change came in the Kitchen/Family room area. We changed the floors, moved walls opening the living room/family room to the kitchen and dinning room. What was there before was a 1980’s layout were every room was separated by walls from the other rooms, so it looked all chopped up.

What was not there before that I wanted above anything else was a Kitchen Island. It was a choice between putting together a couple of kitchen cabinets and then topping it off with a counter top or buying a ready made piece. I preferred the look of a ready made piece because it looks more like a piece of furniture, and it doesn’t have to look the same as the rest of the kitchen cabinets.
