Part of the Pickens Energy plan is to use wind to power 20% of the electricity for the country. See what happens to a town that is already on that track: Sweetwater, Texas was becoming a sleepy town starting to lose it’s residents do to a shortage of jobs, but it received a shot in the arm when a large wind power facility was built just outside of town.
