How to make Pad Thai Shrimp.
Starting with the basic Pad Thai menu that everyone. Will appreciate first is Pad Thai with Fresh Shrimp. The ingredients are the same as making a typical Pad Thai. Just switch from dried shrimp to fresh shrimp. How many of them do you want to eat? Season with chili powder and fish sauce and sugar as you like.

1 ½ cups vermicelli noodles, ½ cup hard white tofu
small dried shrimp 3 ½ cup finely chopped radish
4 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 eggs
13/4 cup bean sprouts ½ cup chives leaves
2 Tbsp shallot minced 2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup water +1 ¾ tbsp. ¼ cup tamarind juice
3 tablespoons of palm sugar, 1 ½ tablespoons of fish sauce
Roasted peanuts ¼ cup
How to make Pad Thai Sauce.
Mix Palm Sugar Tamarind juice, fish sauce and chili powder together. Bring it up to a heat until it’s hot and the palm sugar dissolves. (If you want to keep it for several days, wait until it boils and then store it in a container with a tight lid).
How to make Pad Thai Shrimp.
1. Put vegetable oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add fresh shrimp and stir fry until the shrimp is cooked. Scoop up onto a prepared plate.
2. Add tofu and stir fry in the same pan until golden brown. Followed by chopped radish, stir well enough to combine. Add the prepared Pad Thai sauce and stir until it starts to boil.
3. Put the noodles in water, then stir to combine, then gently Turner knocked to the side of the pan
