Pineapple Yellow Curry.Usually used to only make yellow curry with papaya. But if you have a lot of pineapples left, you can also catch them and make yellow curry.

Pineapple 500g
Chili Paste (Southern curry ) 50-100g
2 teaspoons of shrimp paste
1 tablespoon coconut sugar + 1 teaspoon
1 + 1/2 teaspoonssalt

2 cups water
350 g fish
Instructions
1. Put pineapple, curry paste, shrimp paste, coconut sugar, salt, garcinia, and water into a heat resistant container, cover and heat in the microwave at 600 watts for 15 minutes
. Stir to spread slightly, cover and put in a microwave at high heat 600 watts for 5-10 minutes.
